Payments

Payments must be made as per agreed schedules. Delay in payments may result in suspension of services.

Intellectual Property

Final creative assets belong to the client once full payment is received.
Hashtag Blueberry reserves the right to showcase work for portfolio and marketing purposes.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information.

Liability

While we strive for excellence, Hashtag Blueberry does not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., exact lead numbers, rankings, or conversions) as marketing performance may depend on external factors.
