Service Cancellation

Clients may cancel a project or service package within 7 days of agreement before work has started.
Once the project has commenced, cancellations are not eligible for a full refund.

Refunds

Since digital marketing services involve time, expertise, and strategic execution, refunds are only provided if:

 The project has not yet been initiated.
 A duplicate payment was made due to a technical error.

No refunds are applicable for work already delivered, monthly retainers, or completed campaigns.

Customized Services

All strategy, design, and marketing services are tailored to individual client needs; hence, they are non-refundable once executed.
